Mombucha Kombucha was created and is made in Brooklyn. They have brewed a VERY SPECIAL EDITION batch of Kombucha for SMiNY, made with Boricha Tea, a traditional Korean Barely Tea. Only 50 of these super-premium Boricha Mombucha were produced, so hurry before then run out!

Mombucha is lab-verified shelf-stable for up to two years at room temperature (>80ºF) out of direct sunlight, and sealed in our custom bottles. We stamp a 3-month expiration date on all our products from the time they leave our facility to ensure the maximum freshness, nutrient density, and enjoyment. It’s recommended on the label to refrigerate and serve chilled but you're welcome to keep it at room temp, out of direct sunlight, and allow the natural Kombucha fermentation and carbonation processes going.
